A Bluetooth smart vape is an electronic cigarette whose POD contains an identification chip and whose device communicates with a smartphone app over Bluetooth LE. Because the app knows which POD is inserted and how it is used, it can track puffs in real time, store usage data while the device is offline and sync it later, lock the device, and locate it on demand. Anyvape has engineered this category since 2019 and has shipped it in volume since 2020.
Each POD carries a chip with a unique ROM ID. The device and the app read that ID, so a POD can be identified individually rather than treated as an anonymous consumable. This enables per-POD records of flavour, nicotine strength, capacity and remaining life, supports authentication of genuine consumables, and lets a brand distinguish its PODs from unlicensed copies.
Synbar S400 is a 6 mL refillable platform with a 900 mAh device, 2 A Type-C fast charging, a digital display and an anodized aluminium body. Synbar Q30 is a 2 mL TPD-format POD platform available in both PreFilled and Refillable versions, positioned for EU and UK markets. It ships as a complete kit with our Synbar Q30B smart battery (1200 mAh, 2 A Type-C, up to 35 W, aluminium oxide body), or as POD only — the POD also fits the installed OXVA™ Xlim™ battery base. Both share the same Bluetooth platform, the same chip-inside POD architecture and the same app.
Yes. The device reads the POD chip and adapts, so a single device accepts both PreFilled and Refillable PODs. A brand can therefore sell a closed consumable line and an open refillable line without asking customers to buy a second battery.
Synbar Q30 is built to EU and UK TPD limits — 2 mL POD capacity and nicotine strength within the 20 mg/mL cap — and has been notified in 14 European markets. Notifications are held by the applicant of record, so for a new brand the submission is made in the brand owner's or importer's name; Anyvape supplies the technical documentation that supports it. We do not describe any product as approved by a regulator.
Instead of shipping finished, filled PODs, Anyvape can ship empty PODs together with the filling equipment — jigs, filling machine, pressing station and blister packing. The importer fills locally in its own market. This reduces freight volume and duty exposure on finished e-liquid and keeps filling under the local operator's own regulatory permissions.
The brand owner, importer or authorised applicant is. Anyvape supplies the technical file, test reports, material data and manufacturing documentation; the marketing authorisation, TPD notification or PMTA submission itself is made and held by the applicant in the destination market. Designs are validated against seven reliability tests: negative-pressure leak testing, thermal shock, static storage, draw resistance, drop testing, vibration, and transport simulation. Results are documented and available to qualified OEM / ODM partners under evaluation.
Standard OEM and ODM runs are quoted at a 3–4 week lead time from confirmed specification and deposit. Minimum order quantity depends on the depth of customisation: white-label runs on existing tooling carry the lowest minimums, while custom CMF and full ODM development with new tooling require higher volumes.
