The TPD-format platform: a 2 mL POD in PreFilled and Refillable versions, carrying the same Bluetooth intelligence as Synbar S400. Supplied as a complete kit with our own Synbar Q30B smart battery — or as POD only, for brands that prefer to pair it with the installed OXVA™ Xlim™ battery base. An anodised aluminium body (Al2O3), built for European market rules.
PreFilled and Refillable versions carry the same identification chip, so the device and the app behave identically whichever format you choose. PreFilled is our primary supply format; the Refillable version is available for brands that fill in their own market.
Filled and sealed at our licensed facility, ready for retail. 2.0 mL e-liquid, 20 mg nicotine, around 600 puffs per POD. Chipped at manufacture, so flavour, nicotine strength, PG/VG and production data are readable the moment the POD is inserted. This is what most of our programmes ship.

The patented oil-and-coil separation keeps e-liquid sealed away from the coil until the moment of use. That is what protects flavour over a long shelf life — and what makes the POD safe to ship, store and fill locally.
Take the POD from the blister, press the base to release the e-liquid into the coil chamber, let it stand for two minutes, then fit it to the battery. No priming, no leaking in transit — the liquid only meets the coil when the user does this.
The same cap geometry serves our Refillable POD and our local filling solution: open the top cap, fill, close it, then open again to use. A clean top-fill path that works on a benchtop filling jig as well as in a consumer's hand.
One POD, two ways to sell it. Ship it with our own Synbar Q30B smart battery as a complete kit — or supply the POD on its own and let your customers drop it into the Xlim-class battery base already sitting in their pocket. Same chip identification either way, so the connected features stay intact.

A 35 W output with auto-matching drives the 1.2 Ω mesh coil consistently across the POD's whole life, so flavour does not drop off as the POD empties.
Flavour is sealed in a closed tank and does not fade before activation — because the liquid is not sitting on the coil.
Our Synbar Q30B smart battery pairs a 1200 mAh cell with 2A Type-C fast charge and up to 35 W auto-matching output, driving the 1.2 Ω mesh coil consistently across the POD's life.

Synbar Q30 is engineered to the same mechanical and electrical interface as the widely installed OXVA™ Xlim™ battery platform (OXVA™ Xlim™ and equivalent devices). Synbar Q30 has been notified for 14 European markets, covering 15 flavours. Notification is a pre-market submission — it is not an approval certificate, and each member state applies its own additional rules on flavours, taxation and single-use products.
